This piece has been thoroughly cleaned and given a coat of polyurethane to seal and protect it. However, it does show signs of wear consistent with age and use (pictured)—mainly crazing of the remaining original finish underneath the new coat of poly and patina present on the original hardware—but is otherwise in great vintage condition and structurally sound.
