》We ship furniture via uShip. We allot 5-10 business days (not including holidays) to contract and coordinate with the uShip carrier that will be transporting your piece and 1-2 weeks for your piece to reach its final destination. This is mostly due to the availability of the uShip carrier that bids on the shipment and keeping in mind that delays due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. However, the time required to deliver your piece may be much less. Please let us know if there are stairs, narrow hallways, or any other special instructions at delivery. The uShip carrier will expertly wrap your shipment at pick-up, deliver it to your room of choice, and remove all debris after installation. We purchase cargo insurance with uShip for all shipments. Timestamped photos of your shipment will be taken at pick-up. We encourage our customers to take time-stamped photos of their shipment upon delivery, as this information will be required in the event that filing a claim with uShip is necessary. You will be notified as soon as your shipment is booked and will always be kept up to date on the status of your order.
